Insurance & Shipping

We highly recommend buying insurance for the price of any item bought as we will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred during transportation or handling.

We therefore encourage that you enquire about any item prior buying, this will help clarify any uncertainty and save both party from any unnecessary problems which may arise later. We wish to always have a smooth transaction and a satisfied customer.

All items sent would be exactly as described on our website unless otherwise stated. We will clearly state to our best of knowledge with pictures and information of the products on our website. We will always pack every item with bubble foam, sponges or other protective padding for the protection of the item meant for shipping.

All items for sale on our website do not include shipping and insurance. All Shipping and insurance is borne by the buyer.

Modes of Payment/Shipping Order

Overseas Transaction
We accept PayPal & Western Union but we prefer Wire Transfers (TT). All shipment will be sent out once payment has been completed and received by us. We usually send a shipment out within 48 hours upon confirmation.

A full refund minus bank fees and miscellaneous charges would be made by us only if we do not have the product which has been ordered or for any other reasons. We reserve the right to cancel any orders.

After a transaction has been made, we will confirm with you via email on the address the parcel is supposed to be sent. Please respond immediately so as to avoid delays. We wish to act in a swift manner in the hope that you receive your shipment promptly.

We will always try to contact you if we needed additional info and will do so for only 48 hours. If there is no response after trying, we will not be held responsible for any damages/losses and no refund will be made for whatever reasons given thereafter.

Local Transaction
We accept payment thru Internet Banking; All Personal Checks must be cleared before any items would be sent. Buyer pays all local shipping and transport charges. For any other enquiries please call us personally or write us an email, we will get back to you ASAP.
